1 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to SahalPlus. By accessing our website, creating an account, browsing service categories, or interacting with service providers through our marketplace platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable guidelines.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the SahalPlus platform immediately.
2 Marketplace Role & Platform Nature
SahalPlus is exclusively a multi-service digital marketplace platform. We connect prospective customers with independent third-party service providers offering solutions in five categories: Visa, Cargo, Tickets, Hotels, and Cars.
3 User Accounts & Registration
To utilize certain features, you must register for either a Customer Account or a Provider Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and maintain the confidentiality of your password.
You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account. You must notify SahalPlus immediately of any unauthorized account access.
4 Customer Obligations
When using SahalPlus, customers agree to:
- Submit genuine, accurate personal and travel information when making inquiries.
- Comply with all statutory visa documentation, customs declaration laws, and flight passenger requirements.
- Communicate respectfully with providers and platform staff.
- Fulfill payment obligations directly agreed upon with the verified provider.
5 Provider Responsibilities & Independence
Service providers operate as independent commercial entities and not as employees, franchisees, or formal agents of SahalPlus. Providers are legally responsible for the accuracy of their published rates, licensing compliance, service quality, and professional delivery.
6 Service Inquiries & Bookings
Submitting an inquiry through SahalPlus notifies the provider of your requested service parameters. Quotes, booking confirmations, travel vouchers, tracking numbers (waybills), and formal receipts are issued directly by the provider or facilitated through the platform according to provider terms.
7 Pricing, Fees & Marketplace Model
Provider rates published on SahalPlus are determined by the independent providers. SahalPlus does not add hidden consumer service charges to displayed rates.
Commercial arrangements between SahalPlus and registered service providers (including platform subscription or marketplace commission models) are governed separately under the Providers Agreement.
8 Cancellations & Disputes
Cancellation policies, flight refund terms, hotel change fees, and cargo claims are subject to the specific policy terms of the chosen service provider. In the event of an unresolved dispute between a customer and provider, SahalPlus support may act as a neutral mediator to assist in fair resolution.
9 Reviews & User Generated Content
Users may post reviews and ratings regarding service experiences. Reviews must reflect genuine personal experiences and must not contain defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or promotional spam content. We reserve the right to remove non-compliant content.
10 Prohibited Activities
Users and providers shall not:
- Engage in fraudulent bookings, chargeback schemes, or false identity representations.
- Post counterfeit documents, illegal contraband cargo requests, or unauthorized flight ticketing.
- Scrape, duplicate, or reverse-engineer marketplace data without express written permission.
- Interfere with platform infrastructure or security controls.
11 Third-Party Provider Disclaimers
SahalPlus makes reasonable efforts to verify provider identity credentials. However, we do not guarantee the performance, financial standing, flight schedules, government embassy visa outcomes, or custom clearances executed by independent third parties.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SahalPlus, its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform or the delivery of third-party provider services.
13 Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Customer or Provider account that violates these Terms, engages in deceptive practices, fails verification standards, or generates persistent unresolved consumer complaints.
14 Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, graphics, design system tokens, code, and marketplace software are the intellectual property of SahalPlus and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
15 Amendments to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.
