1 Provider Eligibility & Onboarding
SahalPlus invites travel agencies, cargo logistics operators, ticketing consultants, hotel partners, and fleet owners to join our marketplace. To register, providers must complete the 5-step onboarding wizard and agree to maintain genuine, compliant service offerings.
2 Business Information Accuracy
Providers are required to submit accurate commercial details including their registered company name, contact person, business email, telephone/WhatsApp number, country, and city. Providers must notify SahalPlus of any material change in operational ownership or regulatory status.
3 Multi-Service Account Architecture
A Provider Account is unified: one company may offer single or multiple services (e.g. Visa + Tickets + Hotels) from a single Provider Dashboard. Providers are not required to create separate accounts for each service category.
4 Service Coverage & Regional Routes
Providers designate the specific countries, origin/destination shipping routes, and destination cities where their services are valid. Listings must only advertise regions where the provider has active operational capacity.
5 Pricing & Offer Transparency
All displayed prices, quotation estimates, and delivery timetables must be transparent. Providers must not introduce unauthorized hidden surcharges, undisclosed handling fees, or bait-and-switch pricing.
6 Verification Standards vs. Sponsored Listings
To ensure customer trust and platform integrity, SahalPlus maintains a strict distinction between Verified Status and Sponsored Placements:
7 Service Delivery & Customer Communication
Providers are expected to respond to customer inquiries within 12–24 hours. Communication must be conducted professionally. Providers are solely responsible for executing travel bookings, customs clearances, ticketing issuance, and hotel room delivery in accordance with their representations.
8 Revenue Share & Marketplace Commission Structure
The marketplace operates under a transparent revenue share model to support platform infrastructure, customer acquisition, multi-lingual support desks, and search optimization:
Note: Detailed automated payment processing and payout scheduling will be governed under the Phase 3 Payments & Settlement rollout.
9 Order Fulfillment & Cancellations
Providers must clearly communicate their specific refund and cancellation policies to customers before concluding transactions. In cases where a provider cannot fulfill a confirmed service, the provider must issue full refunds or suitable alternatives in accordance with consumer protection standards.
10 Reviews, Ratings & Performance Standards
Providers are subject to customer reviews and star ratings. Providers must maintain a minimum satisfaction score (typically 4.0+ out of 5.0). Artificially manipulating reviews or submitting fraudulent testimonials is grounds for immediate listing removal.
11 Prohibited Practices, Fraud & Misrepresentation
12 Account Statuses & Review Workflow
- UNVERIFIED: Provider has registered basic company info but skipped license submission. Can list services with an unverified label.
- PENDING REVIEW: Verification documents submitted and currently undergoing administrative review.
- VERIFIED: Official credentials inspected and approved by SahalPlus compliance.
- SUSPENDED: Temporarily or permanently disabled due to policy non-compliance.
13 Data Protection & Confidentiality
Providers receiving customer personal data (such as passport copies, cargo manifests, flight passenger lists) must treat such data with strict confidentiality and must never sell or disclose customer records to third parties.
